Hazel at 3

Two months ago,
my amazing friend Leah took some great pictures
for Hazel's 3rd birthday.
I wanted to capture Hazel in her element,
doing all the things that she loves to do,
and pulling all of the faces that I see on a regular basis.
I was looking for some candid shots
and Leah was kind enough to come to our house for an hour
and get down and dirty with the candidness
(that's a real word, I promise).

Amongst all of the craziness in my life,
I'm just getting around to posting them
and having them printed for the frames on our walls.
These are just a few of my favorites:

These are great, Hazel's character really comes through. My favorite candid shot of her is still the photo from right after she fell in the pond at Taylor's parent's house, and she's wailing away, and you are giving her the "what did you think was going to happen" look.

Hazel looks tall... is she considered tall? I love those pictures. I wish I could have caught Hudson in more candid ways because he's always way more hilarious than the pictures I can get of him. Please can I see her sometime soon?

what a beauty! Oh my gosh Hazel! She's just so old and so pretty and getting so big. I say that every time, but I swear everytime i see a picture of her she's aged a yr! Oh that makes me so sad that we aren't around to see her grow up. Love these pictures, so sweet and so fun to capture her as she is

Oh my! Those are some precious pictures. I just love the expressions on your daughter's face. I can't believe she's three years old. She's going to just love having a baby sister. They are going to be good friends. And don't feel like you have to apologize for not being good about blogging anymore. It just comes with the territory of having a growing family. :) Plus it looks like you guys have been busy lately. And can I just say you are one of the most gorgeous pregnant ladies there is. :)
