Yeah I'm still here. I haven't died.... yet

Boy, I'll tell you what, this not-so-serious-bronchitis has got me down in the dumps.

It's been 2 weeks and I'm still hacking up a lung. Not to mention the rash that the virus has decided to bestow upon me as well. I thought about taking and posting a picture of the rash that covers my body from head to toe every morning and makes me feel like my skin is literally crawling, but I thought better of it. It gives ME the heebs looking at it, so assumed that it might seriously gross everyone else out. Take my word for it...not a pretty site. Thank goodness for prednisone.

Anyway, as I'm sure you've surmised, I haven't felt much like doing anything, much less documenting and blogging about the few things that I have done in the past week, so obviously things have slowed down in my blogging realm.

However, I was going through my camera today, downloading (or uploading, I guess I never really know the difference) all of the pictures to my computer, gearing up for the cornucopia (pun intended) of Thanksgiving pictures that I'm sure to take. As I was doing so I ran across some adorable baby Hazel pictures (ok, she was the only thing on my camera, but like I said before, there has been no picture-taking of me in my misery). So, in an effort to keep my blog rolling through the thick and thin (you're welcome), here they are.

My good friend Lonna sent Hazel this adorable silk dress way back when she was still a little sea monkey. I've been waiting ever since then for it to finally fit her.
It finally does.
Thanks again Lonna!

Unfortunately, we didn't make it to church this day. This was the day that Taylor decided I needed to stay home and take a nap (see last post). But, as you can see, I think I still get heaven points; hey, at least I tried.
Here is just a little documentation of the tornado that seems to follow Hazel wherever she goes. Doesn't that face just look like trouble?

And last but not least, I just thought this was cute.
Yes, it's true, even baby Hazel's photo shoots have suffered. But, I'm on the up and up and I'm sure I will have a Thanksgiving post to rival the rest of the blogging worlds'. Until then...

So sorry you're not feeling well. And it's the worst when you have a little one to take care of and can't just lay around all day. Good luck and I hope you feel better REAL soon!

What? You are still suffering from the cough? I am sorry to hear that. I really do hope that you are on the up and up for good this time.

Hazel looks so darling all the time, thanks for posting a pic of the dress you never know when buying baby clothes if they are going to be able to wear it, or if it will even fit with the seasons, so I am happy to see what a little angel she is in it.

I am looking forward to your Thanksgiving post. I do love to see all the fun things that you do with your family, and the killer ways that you have to spruce up the ol' turkey. by the by I really like your striped jammie bottoms. Super cute. Feel better soon.

Get feeling better! That is no fun at all. I've been lucky this year. Haven't been sick even though I live in a germ infested building with yucky people all over.
