The Collage Blog

I've decided to stray from my regular format in an attempt to post a million pictures without posting them separately. The collages are accompanied by some pretty awesome music, get ready... (it would've cost money to put my own music on)

This past week I cut my hair off. I'm aware that I just put myself into the "mommy hair" category. But I couldn't handle the long hair anymore. I've been growing it for what feels like eons in hopes that it would look like the long, luscious locks I was sporting my senior year in high school. Instead I was growing straggly split-ends, so off it went. It feels great. A special thanks to my great friend Mindy for doing it.

And now, come with me to see my schizophrenic hair personalities over the last 3 years (the last three are the newest installment).

We are also very excited to welcome Taylor's brother Erik and his wife Sammy to Cache Valley. Now they are only about a mile down the street from us. I think we should make Sunday dinners a regular happening.

Me and baby Hazel love hanging out, check it

And last but not least, Hazel has started to get the funniest personality. She will smile and smile but as soon as I pull out the camera she'll make some other funny face.

This is just a funny video of Hazel not performing for the camera. However, I did capture a little gem that I didn't notice until I re-watched it. Check out what happens right around 25 seconds.... she is definitely Taylor's baby.

Cute haircut! All of your haircuts look really cute, I don't know that I have been so lucky. Your little girl is such a little sweetie pie!

I love it! What a cute "mom hair do", welcome to the club. Once you join you are a member for life. I can't wait till the blog post entitled "my first pair of mom jeans", I will be anxiously awaiting that one. Anyways I think little Hazel Jane is a doll and can't wait to meet her.

Wow, how gorgeous are you? I was always so envious of your bangs in school! Your new do is beautiful! And so is that sweet baby!

That's one cute baby. Although I swear I've never seen her wear the same thing twice. Is her closet sorted by color like her mom's? I remember when you and Taylor moved into the Meadow Ghetto and you took up every closet in the house, including the pantry, and poor Taylor was living out of his suitcase, and hanging his clothes off the deck.

Nice haircut.

P.S. I want to destroy "Smilebox." For the record, iPhoto used to make collages, but now it looks like it has lost that functionality.

It's a good thing the computers are work are speedy otherwise I think those would have taken awhile to get through haha.

Crystal, I can't believe you cut your hair!! You were wanting to grow, grow, grow it. I need to see Hazel again. It looks like she's changed quite a bit already.

P.S. Here's a funny story, Chelsea went to the pharamacy awhile ago and she saw this girl and couldn't figure out how she knew her. Then she said I'm here to pick up a prescription for Sammy Oberg. And she was freaking out about how she really believed she knew this person when only she saw her in pictures from you. I hope I run into her cause chances are I'll say hi hahaha

So many cute pictures. You are one hot mamma! I don't know anyone who can pull off as many hair styles as you! You look good in ALL of your pictures! I wish my hair was like yours....

Pretty sure the "mom hair" isn't what it used to be, I mean with moms like posh and first lady Michelle rockin' short hair I think that you would fit right into their circle of friends.

You picked a great cut, and it looks so good on you. Welcome to the short hair club...of moms.

Hazel is so cute, I love her little round face and smile. She really does just get more and more cute.

Love all your different hair styles! I wish I was so brave. I've pretty much always had the same do, except when I cut it and ever since I have been trying to get it back to the way it was!

Hazel is so cute, she is getting so big! I love the video!
