Corn Maze- Shell out some serious bucks to walk around lost, in the dark for an hour in the butt freezing cold while your husband disregards all the rules that the sweet lady in the front made sure that you read, by picking the corn, throwing it at people and using vulgar language. Oh and did I mention that you have a fetus sitting on your bladder the whole time making you have a serious need to pee....

Scary Movie- Watch a movie that you're certain is going to scare the pants off you and make it next to impossible to fall asleep and completely impossible to actually walk around in your house without turning on all the lights....
Caramel Apples- Make the most mouth-watering apple, only to find out that you have no plates or knives, and to eat it you've got to stick your whole face on it while everyone laughs at the caramel that is smeared on every facial feature below the eyes and on your shirt too.

....But, doing all these things with good friends makes for one heck of a great time! Thank you to the Corbridges, Ostlers, Reigles, Garretts, and Butlers for such a fun date night.
Disclaimer: I actually love each and every one of these events, but for entertainment purposes they have been slightly (ok, overly) dramatized.

Ooooh that does sound like fun, um minus the scary movie and freezing cold part. What a treat to be able to get so many friends together to do something, and have all of them laugh at your expense while you try to enjoy a caramel apple.
You have way too much fun in Logan.
What a fun night! I love corn mazes, scary movies AND caramel apples! I have to know what movie you watched though that was so scary you couldn't walk around your house! I'll have to steer clear of that one :)
Seriously?! I've dropped off the "fun boat". This October is flying by and I'm not sure how I haven't done anything festive yet?!! I'll just live vicariously through you and your awesome blog!!
Okay, so I just have to say that I laughed at your comment on Jami's blog... not a funny situation, but your p.s. made me laugh. Seriously, how rude can people get? Obviously she is DUMB!!!! I love your belly. Be glad it's your tummy growing, because that is where you should be growing. Everything else (all those places I didn't want to grow)seemed to grow on me! You still fit into cute jeans! Celebrate that!
HEY!!! Oh, a corn maze?! We did one in logan a couple years ago...did you go to the one right out of sardine canyon? It's a hoot...run by some farmers family. You can go on a hayride behind a tractor! I'm sure taylor would be all about that! I would give anything to dive facefirst into a carmel apple right now! These braces have got to go! Glad you're having some festive fun! We might try to brave a haunted house this weekend...i don't think i've been to one since 7th grade!
Oh, you're so festive! I'm with Monica...I haven't even gotten out any Halloween decorations, the pumpkins are still in the garden and no carmel apples! ;( Good thing I can read all about the fun I could be having...
Oh, and your comment on Jami's blog! You guys are too much! You should have said, "I'm pregnant...what's your excuse!" People are totally lame! And I've heard that it only gets worse! Hang in there!
What day is your appt? I'm so excited for you to find out what your having! You better tell me AS SOON as you know!
SOrry about the throwing up marathon! I thought that it was at least supposed to be done by week 14...but I guess not! :( Yucky!
oh how fun, I love all the holidays festivities!! I totally know how you feel when you have to , its like you have to pee!! what a fun date night!
Oh the things we do for Halloween right? I thought that very same thing (about the cold, etc.) when me and Colby did a haunted house this last week. Nuts right? I'm also a little jealous of your carmel apples...maybe it's just cause it's almost lunch time, and maybe it's cause they are so delicious by nature, but oh it sounds sooooo good right now.
I'm super jealous of that evening! I love corn mazes. One of the only cold outside activities I can handle. Unfortuately, I'm pretty sure I will not be going this year, due to the fact whenever anything scary on the tv comes on Daren insists this is the worst time of the year and he acts like everything on the tv scares him too much. I love caramel apples! Too bad braces are making that wonderful activity a no go. Hurrah for good friends and wonderful little city fun!
Gold medal for the funniest picture i've ever seen in my life. Me and Erik are sitting in the computer lab-laughing our heads off. I just feel like the kid next to me might kill me. Erik's favorite part of the picture besides the fact Tyler looks pissed and i look like I drank 50 red bulls before, and that Erik looks drunk, was our new friend at the back...standing on his tip toes to make sure we don't miss him...what was his name again??ha ha ha.
With all that corn around, you should have just found a nice hidey hole and gone potty. You might as well use the pregnancy card while you have it. he he he. Glad you're having fun, isn't this time of year the best?!
What a fun date night! Your caramel apples sound great, and who doesn't love a good scary movie? (okay, I have to admit- we don't, but it's still a great way to get in a Halloween mood)
What a fun night, I don't like scary movies either but the rest sounded way fun. I tagged you but it is and easy tag.

I really don't like scary movies. I can't name a single scary movie that I've ever enjoyed. Who wants to pay money to have a sick and disturbed feeling? And I hate the commercials for these kind of movies that always air when I'm trying to enjoy The Simpsons with Megan. I can't even get up a to get a drink, because I'm worried that while I'm in the kitchen, she'll see a commercial for SAW that will scar her for life.
Sounds like fun...I think. I really think fall is one of the funnest times of the year. Except for the scary movie part. You're braver than me!
I hear you about the bladder thing! I've finally got that under control until...yep, another blow to the bladder. I'm sure you're feeling your tiny one move around a bit by now-right? I want to hear about this pregnancy lady!!! Do you know boy/girl yet, or are your just not disclosing that? I can't wait to hear all about it--fill me in! Oh, and I always LOVE your posts. You're just so cute!
