Colby's Surprise 30th Birthday Party
Colby and Shauni moved from Iowa into my parent's house for the summer while Colb does a few podiatry rotations in Salt Lake. Shauni took full advantage of the fact that they are now close to family and friends and threw Colb a big party.

Baileigh's Birthday Party
My niece Baileigh turned 9 on June 2. What better way to celebrate 9 years of your life than by having a swim party. I think everyone had a great time in spite of the gale force winds and storm clouds that often accompany Frost Family Functions.

Mindy's Birthday Brunch
It was our good friend Mindy's birthday on June 1st and since her special day only came once this year (tee-hee) we decided we needed to make a big deal out of it. We went to Angie's for scones that are "as big as your body". Poor Taylor was at the lab and missed out, hence the reason I'm the lone wolf at the table.
We are so sad that the Butlers (far right) are moving to Ohio this week and the Reigles (middle) are moving at the end of the summer. The Ostlers (next to me) keep pretending that they're moving on with their lives, but I told them they can't leave us here alone. Fingers crossed they'll stay here another year until Erik starts medical school.
Crystal, Mindy (birthday girl!!!), Leah, Kera
And here Erik is showing us what he thinks is his good side. I think this could be up for dispute... every side is Erik's good side, right Mindy?

Chelsey's High School Graduation
She finally made it, the last Frost child to graduate from Northridge High School. We weren't sure she was going to pull it off (ok, just kidding she almost was the "ValeVICtorian" because she's such a good "MatheMAGICIAN". Just don't ask her which part of the egg is the yolk....hahaha). (those were inside jokes, sorry)
Alright, she really is a smart girl and graduated with a great GPA. Congrats Chels! Can't wait for you to come up to Utah State.

Obviously graduation was quite gripping this year...
I have no idea why my face looks so incredibly large compared to Chelsey's and no.. I'm not nursing Hazel under that blanket (Chels asked me if I was when she first saw me... hello!)

I just know these girls are going to be the best of cousins. Abigail is 4 1/2 months older than Hazel, so you can imagine how much fun it is to have these two baby girls around.

Erin, LeRand, Shiloh, and Baby Asher
My sweet friend Erin came for another visit. Last time she was here we were both pregnant. Obviously now we're not.
Before:
After: (aren't these pictures perfect? We didn't even plan to sit in the same spots) Ok, I know I look terrible. I don't even know why I'm posting this picture, especially after I told Erin she couldn't post them on her blog... hahah, I promise, I really do get ready, but for some reason I just didn't feel like doing my hair or my make up this day. Oh geez, motherhood is taking me downhill fast. Anyway, LeRand got a job with the CIA so they are moving to Key West in a couple of weeks. I'm going to miss them, but visiting them in Key West will be much more exciting than visiting them in Springville Utah.

Hazel's Blessing Day
Hazel's blessing day was this past Sunday. Taylor did a wonderful job despite the fact that Hazel tried to get him all flustered by crying halfway through the blessing. I don't know what went wrong, I gave her a pep talk beforehand and told her to be a good girl. I wasn't expecting any less since she rarely cries unless she's tired. But, she had her own agenda and let out a big wail for no apparent reason. She stopped crying as soon as Taylor finished... oh well, at least she looked cute.
In true Frost fashion, it was pretty much a hurricane on sunday so my picnic at the park was rained out. We ended up having it inside and Baby Hazel had to wear a sweater over her cute little dress.

Thanks to everyone who came and and supported us. It just makes my heart so full to think of all the people that love and care about our little family.

I love all of the pictures. You guys always have such fun stuff going on. And Crystal you look fabulous sans makeup, so no apologies necessary. I only wish to look half as great. Little Hazel looks so precious on her blessing day! I'm glad that it turned out so great despite the hurricane.
HOLY COW! You've been SO busy. That post took me like a year to read.
-Was I ever told Colby and fam were moving here this summer? If so, I forgot but that's super exciting! I can't believe how big Abi is getting. I hope her and Hazel do get along(way better than me and my cousin of such closeness...eek...)
-That's many wonderful birthday parties you got to attend. Angies scones...mmmm those are quite tasty!
-That picture of Taylor and Hazel in that hat kills me! Her face, oh I just want to squeeze it.
-Hazel did look beautiful at the blessing(from what the pictures show) I would have been a crying fool just as much as her probably had I gone.
Slow it down a little! You'll kill yourself with all this business! Except, Daren and I have been seeing an awful lot of Taylor around town...Daren is starting to wonder if you ever leave the house. Let this be the proof!!
P.S. Sorry this is so long and sorry for all the explanation points!!!!!!!!
Weather has ruined many a drive to Payson, so don't feel bad! Hazel looked adorable for her blessing. Deacon was pretty good during his, but as soon as it was over he started screaming! Good excuse for Terry to take him out...
OH MY...You are such a busy chick!!! I was at the NHS graduation too...I wish I could have seen you..oh well! I hope that your summer is not to busy so that you can relax a little bit!
my goodness, you guys have been busy! thats so fun. she looks so beautiful in her cute little blessing dress! i feel like Trae's wAS Just yesterday and now he is almost 1! enjoy everysecond with her, she is so sweet! love the post!
ok ok so being here in Logan a little longer was probably a great thing.....1.Angie's with the friends....2. Hazel's blessing. She looked so cute! I'm so glad we were able to be there. Dalton wanted me to tell you that he would have never forgiven us if we would have let him miss his future girlfriend's big day. :O)
I love that picture of Taylor with Hazel by the pool, so sweet! She just cracks me up, gets cuter and cuter. The blessing was so nice we are so glad that we are so close! but its pretty sad that we were the late ones when we live just down the hill! Looks like a great time with all those birthdays, how fun.
Since when is the CIA in Key West? Is he spying on the Cubans?
I can tell you ran out of steam with the last pictures and no description -- try not to wait so long between posts, you bum.
You're baby sure is cute.
Make up and doing your hair are overrated. Only girls care (and guys with popped collars), so once you decide you don't need to impress them anymore, you're good to go.
Crystal, you're so funny! I love reading your blog. The Frost family is quite beautiful! Hazel's blessing dress is so gorgeous!
She looked adorable! As sis you I might add!
OH MY GOSH! Hazel is so dang cute. those pictures are darling. I have so many comments I want to make...I forgot most of them by the time I got to the end. However, I do remember that E's booty looked especially impressive. Nice kodak moment. Is it a kodak moment when he planned it? I don't know...Anyway, thanks again for my beautiful bear you drew me. I love it. And it will decorate my home for years to come! :)
And, I need to come over soon. I have not seen you for at least 5 days, and that's at least 4 too many. :(
I seriously think your baby is so dang cute. Sorry this is so long, but really, she looked so great for her blessing! And you look way cute, too!!! Cute little family... You guys always have babies!!! And I'm so glad!
Crystal...YOU look so pretty on Hazel's blessing day! Wow! Hot Mama! And Hazel...what a little angel. She looked so cute in that little dress. Good pick!
I was so upset with rain on Sunday. I've been dying to talk to you about it! Looks like you pulled it off inside! Where?
Our's was a disaster. I didn't even get a picture of Parker all dressed up.. Guess we'll have to reinact it sometime this week. I can't believe that Hazel cried half way through. Sweet little Hazel cry! Impossible! Parker on the other hand...we were a nervous wreck. We didn't even put him in his car seat on the way to the church for fear that he would wake up! Oops... He stayed asleep through the whole meeting. I couldn't believe it. One of the best naps ever! Eric thinks that he liked church and is trying to encourage me to go next week. Silly boy!
The picture of Taylor and Hazel at the pool party is so cute! Every picture of Hazel is so cute!
Oh, I hope that we get to have a play date tomorrow. ;)
Darling pict's. I love the one of little Hazel's big bow in her yellow striped outfit, and her darling blessing ones. She is just darling, and you...look amazing- as always! I often think about you, how you were a model even in scrubs with safety glasses covering those beautiful eyes. I'm glad to see you're really human too- and sometimes you don't do your hair or makeup! :)
Crystal-
You look so cute in your sunday best! That was a great post, BTW. Loved the update. Are we ever getting together with you and Amy?
Crystal you look so good in all the pictures! It makes me sad to see cute little Hazels blessing because I wish we could have been there! She is so sweet! I love her dress!
So everytime you guys have a Frost family party I always noticed the bounce play in the yard. Does your parents own them? How fun for the kids!
The pictures with Hazel and Abigail are to die for! What cute little girls!
Just so you know now that you have a child life will never not be busy and the more you have the busier it gets. So enjoy every second with sweet baby Hazel because it goes by sooo fast. (I cant beleive Mayce is almost 2!)
what a post! you have been busy! i'm dying to have a scone as big as my body! That sounds delicious! your friends seem fun...isn't it sad when you have to say goodbye to them? i think that's my least favorite part of ohio...and ps, what part of ohio are your friends moving to???
I love Abigail and hazels matching outfits, too cute! And, the pic of hazel and taylor at the pool is so cute....love her hat!!
I'm glad you posted pics of her blessing dress...she was all bundled when i saw her and didn't get to see the full effect! She looked darling! i think that was one of the dresses we bought for Emri's blessing but it was too big, so we had to take it back. sorry the weather was so poopy....seriously, i should have brought some more warm clothes for E on this trip, i thought it was summer?!?!?
As i sit here and type i'm a little infuriated that i have no voice...what great timing. i'm hoping it's ok by tomorrow so we can play...if not, i might just have to make the trip back up next week while i'm staying at my moms. WE HAVE TO GET TOGETHER!
Crystal, so many cute pictures I don't even know where to start! I am so glad we've been able to be here for all of these fun family events- you captured them much better than I did (I'm not so great at pictures since Abbi decided she likes to try to eat my camera) Hazel is a little doll and I'm glad we were here for her blessing. We need to get together and make bows and take the babies swimming. Let me know when you're going to come down!
Well I guess I am bringing up the rear in comment train. I can't believe how big Hazel is getting - I really really want to see her while I am in Utah this summer. So we need to plan a day to hang out or go swimming! You always look great and very put together - I love your hair do! Anyways I will call you when I get settled in Utah so will you answer my call?? :)
You sure have a lot of family parties! :) Hazel is getting so big-I can't believe how fast time is going by! She is losing that newborn look! :(
And geez... your boobs are freakin HUGE(picture of you in your red shirt). (jealous) haha
Holy Cow! I miss you guys so much!!! Hazel is adorable! Isn't life as a mom so much fun?? Looks like you guys are still enjoying logan. I still miss playing Settlers with you guys! I need somebody else who can talk trash with Casey! Good to see the updates!!
